When you mark an artwork as 'Available with delayed dispatch', the collectors will still be able to add it to cart and checkout. But, they will see a notice of a delay and if they're happy to wait, they can go ahead with the purchase.

To make an artwork 'Available with delayed dispatch':

  • Go to 'My Artworks'

  • Search / Find the artwork you'd like to edit

  • Click on 'More Actions' against the artwork

  • Click on 'Available with delayed dispatch'

  • Select the date it can be dispatched on

  • Leave a note (optional) as to the reason why (this helps inform Bluethumb staff so we can assist with addressing any enquires) and click "Save".

The work will now have the delayed dispatch messaging associated with it until that date passes. Please note you can only use this feature for max up to 30 days from todays date. If the work needs to be on hold for longer or removed from being purchased please see the other availability options available via the Availability Options for Your Artwork FAQ
