What should I do if my Bluethumb discount code is expired or not working?

Discount codes are a great way to save on your purchases at Bluethumb. However, there may be occasions when a discount code you're trying to use is expired or not working. This guide provides clear steps to resolve these issues and ensure you're still able to make the most of available offers.

General Rules for Discount Code Usage

Discount codes typically come with specific terms and conditions that you should review to ensure they're applicable to your order. These conditions may include:

  • Expiration Dates: Each discount code has a defined validity period. Make sure you're using the code before it expires.

  • Single Use: Some codes are valid for one-time redemption only.

  • Minimum Spend Amounts: Certain offers may require you to meet a minimum spend threshold to activate the discount.

  • Conditions: some codes may have specific conditions on use, like first time purchase, ensure you have read and meet these conditions in order to qualify.

  • Multiple Codes: We do not allow stacking or combining of codes on site, you will not be able to redeem a code if another discount or promotion is already applied.

Steps to Take if Your Discount Code Is Expired or Not Working

  1. Verify the Code's Validity: Double-check the expiration date of the code and whether it has been used already. - For instance, in a past case, a code valid only until Friday could not be used after that date .

  2. Check Terms and Conditions: Ensure your order meets any conditions associated with the discount code, such as minimum spend amounts or applicable categories.

  3. Copy and paste the code: Codes are case sensitive and need to be entered exactly, its best to copy and paste the code into the promo box on checkout to ensure accuracy.
