Framed Works
If you have chosen to frame the artwork before delivery, tracking of the artwork from the artist may show delivered to one of the following framing locations, before it reaches you:
Kew - VIC
Alexandria - NSW
Indooroopilly -QLD
Claremont - WA
This is normal — the artwork ships from the artist to the framer first. After framing, it will either be hand-delivered (where available) or forwarded via courier under a new tracking number, which will be shared with you.
Framing typically takes 5–7 business days once received by the framer.
Check who may have received it
We prioritise “signature on delivery,” but ID isn’t required. Anyone at the delivery address may sign, so please check with anyone who has access to the location. Additionally, ensure to check common delivery spots around the location, such as the front door, mailbox, or designated safe places where couriers might leave parcels. It’s also a good idea to inquire with nearby neighbors who might have accepted the package on your behalf.
“Delivered” but awaiting collection / re-delivery
Some couriers mark items as delivered when they’ve been left at a post office/depot, or if a re-delivery is being arranged. Check the detailed tracking for next steps. In some cases, couriers may also leave packages in a safe location at the delivery address, triggering a notification. Additionally, automated system processes might occasionally mark orders as delivered due to backend cleanups, which do not affect active or incomplete orders.
