How do I redeem my discount code?
If you have received a discount code from Bluethumb or an artist, you will need to manually enter the code into the order from the Cart Checkout area.
Please Note: Discounts can not be stacked or combined with other discounts or promotions
To add a discount code to an order simply head to checkout and enter your discount code into the box highlighted under Order Summery.
If your on Mobile you will need to click the down arrow next to Show Order Summery to find this area
How do I remove a code?
You may need to remove a discount code to replace it with a different discount.
You can remove a discount code from an order simply by click on the "x" next to the code in the Order Summery section on checkout.
My Code doesn't work?
Ensure that you enter the code exactly as shared with you, it is case sensitive.
Please check the term and conditions of the code first to ensure you have met the requirements for it to qualify (e.g. is it in date, is there a minimum spend for it to be valid).
