When you make a sale, Bluethumb steps in to help manage the order end-to-end. We coordinate the logistics, including booking shipping, managing delivery costs and insurance, and monitoring the shipment through to arrival. If a collector requests it, we can also help facilitate professional framing.
Once the returns period has passed, we pay you for the artwork and apply our service fee only after the order is finalised, so you only pay when you sell.
