Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note that discounts, including promotional discounts, are not applicable to the purchase of gift vouchers but can be applied when redeeming a gift voucher during checkout.
A gift voucher offers flexibility and can be used across multiple transactions if the total value isn't consumed in a single purchase.
Refund policies - Bluethumb has clear policies regarding the use and refund of gift vouchers. Gift vouchers purchased from Bluethumb are non-refundable. However, if you make a purchase using a gift voucher and the order is later cancelled or refunded, the original voucher will be reinstated. This allows you to use the voucher again for a future purchase. If you use a combination of a gift voucher and another payment method, such as a credit card, to complete your purchase, Bluethumb will process refunds as follows:
The portion of the payment made using the gift voucher will be reinstated to the original voucher.
The remaining amount paid through other methods (e.g., credit card) will be refunded to the respective payment method. By reinstating gift vouchers in these scenarios, Bluethumb ensures that customers retain the full value of their vouchers for future use.
