From the Artist's Profile Page: Navigate to the artist's profile on Bluethumb by searching for their name or clicking their name on any artwork page. Look for the Ask about a commission button and click it to initiate a direct message thread. In the message thread, you can type your message and, if applicable, attach photos to share with the artist.

This feature can also be utilized to coordinate the delivery of purchased artworks if you have special request (e.g. if its a gift and need the artist to add a note).

From an Artwork's Listing Page: Open the listing page for the artwork you're interested in. Scroll down to the Artist Bio section. Click the Contact [Artist's Name] button to compose and send a message directly to the artist. This method is particularly useful if you want more information about a specific artwork, such as its price or availability.
