You have complete control over the marketing emails we can send you. From the Notification Settings page in your account, you can either set the frequency of the email sends or opt out of receiving them all together.
Simply head to the Notification Settings page in your profile and make any according changes you need. Remember to click save at the bottom to ensure the changes are saved to your profile.
Please note, Bluethumb will still send transactional emails (e.g. order notifications and tracking updates) important site updates (e.g. changes to polices and service), and account related emails (e.g. onboarding emails).
If you wish to have your account closed with us and removed from all emails please email into help@bluethumb.com.au with your request and the team will assist.
