Courier bookings are made by our team manually. We usually need a 24 hour window for bookings after you have selected your your preferred collection date.

If you made a sale over the weekend or late Friday afternoon, please don't book your selected pick-up date for Monday as it isn't enough time for us to organise couriers.

If it's the day before your pick-up date and you still haven't received your labels after midday, please get in touch. Email us at [email protected] and we will get onto it ASAP!
