I've sent my order via Australia Post. How do I update the tracking details to share with the collector?

A quick guide on updating the status of your order to 'Shipped' and send tracking details to the Collector.

You've sold an artwork and shipped it via Auspost - nice one. Follow the steps below so you can input the tracking and cost details of the shipment, so the collectors can get notified with the tracking details and you can be reimbursed the cost of shipment along with the payment of the artwork.

Step 1: Go to My Orders - You can find the link through your dashboard as well.

Step 2: Click on 'Select Shipping Method'

Step 3: Click on 'Send Yourself'

Step 4: Enter all the required details and click Submit. This will notify Bluethumb and your collectors of the tracking details and your order will now be marked as 'Shipped'.
