We've been working on a lot of new features, looks and data collection to help our artists better. A lot of work went in during the second half of last year and you'll start seeing the results (better reach and more exposure) and products (better statistics and reports) early this year.
As a part of this campaign, we're trying to keep the artist profiles and artwork listings as clean, simple and 'to-the-point' as possible. One major thing that's been reported to us by our data from collectors is personal information (emails, phone numbers etc.) and external links (links to your websites, portfolios, blog articles etc.) on artist profiles. The feedback, in a nutshell, is that it makes the profile looks unappealing (un-professional).
We've taken this under consideration and are actively reaching out to you guys to review and clean your profiles and artwork listings. We know it's a lot of work and time committment but it's vital.
It's always been a part of our terms and conditions and we'd really appreciate it if you can take time and update your profiles (if there are any links/personal information on there). If the curatorial team comes across any profiles with links/personal info, we'll put them on temporary hold and get in touch. That means your profile will not be active for collectors to view until it's been updated.
Thank you for all your support so far - it motivates us to keep learning and keep improving.
