The boxes are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. If it meets any of these conditions, you have the option of a full refund (what you originally paid for the boxes) or replacement for the same boxes.

Remember to email us the photos of defects and damage and quote your order/invoice numbers when requesting refunds or replacement.

If you haven't received your boxes within the delivery timeframe, contact us and we will investigate. If the boxes are lost, you will have the option of receiving a full refund or asking for a replacement.
