We are more than happy for you to send multiple works to the same buyer in one box. It helps streamline the shipping and delivery process, reduces risk of damage or miss handling of one of the works and allows the buyer to receive them together.

You can let us know you have done this as normal through your “My Orders” page.

  • Go to “My Orders”

  • Find the correct order and click “Select shipping method”

  • Fill out all details as you usually would - ensuring that the dimensions are accurate for both artworks being sent together

  • When filling about the “Special instructions or comments” section, please write “Shipped together with (artwork name or order number)”

  • Please repeat the process for the second artwork, leaving all areas blank except for the “Special instructions or comments” section, please write “Shipped together with (artwork name or order number)” again.

When you combine works into the same parcel to ship to the buyer, we recalculate your payout on the additional works. Your first work will have the shipping allocation deducted from it, and the additional works are calculated at 67% of the amount paid by the buyer.

Please note, the only exclusion to this is if the weight or size of the combined parcel pushes the shipping costs beyond the allocation. In these cases, we may have to use the shipping allocation from more than one work to cover the cost.
