If a collector expresses interest in visiting your studio, that's fantastic! There's no substitute for experiencing artwork in person.

In such a scenario, if the collector is pleased with the artwork and wishes to make an immediate purchase, you can guide them to place the order on Bluethumb and choose one of the following instant payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Paypal

  • Afterpay

By doing so, the order is processed instantly, generating sale notifications and respective invoices for both you and the buyer. Make sure to have the hand delivery form (attached below) signed and upload it in your "My Order" section. This allows us to take appropriate actions on our end and expedite the payment to you.

For buyers opting for alternative payment methods, such as Bluethumb Layby or Bank Transfer, in-person collection won't be possible. They can only collect the artwork once the funds are fully processed.

Should you encounter any specific questions or challenging situations, feel free to reach out to our team at help@bluethumb.com.au, and we'll provide prompt assistance.

If a collector discovered you through Bluethumb and communicated via our platform, we encourage the continuation of the sale in alignment with our established procedures and Bluethumb Membership Agreement.
