Yes, you can re-order how your works are displayed on your profile.

From desktop or laptop

  1. Log into your account and head to "My Artworks"

  2. From this area, towards the left hand side in clue you should see a button that says "Change Display Order"

  3. From here you can use the corresponding right hand side drag and drop tool (three dots) or use the up or down arrow to change the order.

  4. Once you have finished moving that it - you don't need to do anything else, you can go to "View Profile" to see how it looks.

Here is a quick video to help show you how to do this.

From Mobile or tablet

  1. Log into your account and head to "Artist Dashboard" and then "My Artworks"

  2. Click on "Filter"

  3. A menu option should pop up, scroll down to the bottom and tick "Change display order" ensure this has the blue dot on it (indicating it been selected) before clicking "Done"

  4. This will take you to a list of your artworks, you should see a corresponding tool bar across from each work. You can use the drag and drop tool (three dots) or use the up or down arrow to change the order.

  5. Once arranged how you like your done, no need to save anything, this should now reflect on site.

A few important things to note:

  • This function was created to be used on laptops and desktops primarily, we strongly recommend using this function on these devices over mobile or tablet.

  • We also recommend using Google Chrome where possible over other browsers. Chrome is better at handling images and will be a quicker more streamline process.

  • Remember the display order on your profile is in rows for 4, and they go in chronological order from left to right.

  • We recommend moving works slowly and allowing the system and site time to record the movements. Moving large amounts of work, super quick may mean it misses saving some of the intended movements. If this occurs please go back and try moving one at a time until the desired layout is achieved.
