Be Respectful: Treat others with the same respect and consideration that you expect to receive. Respect each individual's perspective, creativity, and contributions.

Be Professional: Whether you're a hobbyist or a full-time professional artist selling on our platform, or a collector wanting to add to their portfolio, maintain professionalism in your interactions and transactions. Uphold high standards of conduct and integrity.

Be Collaborative: There may arise situations where working together with others is necessary to achieve the best possible resolution.

Be Responsible: We uphold fairness in all situations at Bluethumb, taking shared responsibility and accountability as needed.

Be Patient: We understand that certain situations can be challenging and emotional, especially when there's a personal connection to the artwork. While we endeavour to address issues promptly, please be patient as resolution may take time, and we may not be able to resolve it in that moment.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Abuse in any form, whether directed at staff (including AI support), artists, or buyers, will not be tolerated at Bluethumb. This includes but is not limited to vulgar, discriminatory, or threatening language or images, harassment, spamming or any malicious activity of any kind.
