How to update Banking Account Info
Good thinking! We wouldn't want you to miss out on payment. To change your bank details, login to Bluethumb and go to your dashboard by clicking on the "Hello [your name]" button in the top right corner of the page.
Click the "Edit profile" button under your profile picture and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see "Payment Information". You can update your details here.
Make sure you save after you make the changes. Please note the changes may take 24 hours to be fully actioned, and we can not post apply these changes to any previous payments or charges.
Can I change my TAX exemption status?
Yes, you can change your status at any time, to do so simply log into your account, click “Edit Profile” and scroll to the “Sales Setting” section and tick the according exemption category that applies to your situation. Once completed scroll to the very bottom and click “Save”.

How to update your ABN
Here's a quick step by step tutorial on updating your ABN details.
Make sure you're logged into your account!
From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit Details'
Or go to https://bluethumb.com.au/my/profile
You'll find the ABN section in SALES SETTINGS
Select Yes/No if you have an ABN
Choose the Exemption Category that best suits you.
