We understand artists may need to remove their accounts from site for a variety of reasons. The team can assist with this and action one of two possible options (and they will double check this with you before actioning ):
Account Deactivation - if you wish to have your account removed from site for a period of time (e.g. your travelling for 3+ months or just want a break from selling for a while), the team can temporarily deactivate your account. This saves all account info, including listed works with us. We can then reactivate your account at a later date if you wish to restart selling.
Account Deletion - if you wish to have your account and all associated information permanently removed from site we can delete your account entirely. Please note once deleted, accounts can not be retrieved and all saved information will be lost.

**PLEASE NOTE - If you are subscribed to the Pro Plan, please cancel your subscription before proceeding with either of the above options. To cancel your subscription go to your Billings Page on site and ensure you "Cancel" your Pro Plan subscription before responding back to this email, otherwise you may be charged despite the account being deactivated/deleted. Canceling the plan will remove access to all features immediately.
