With all the different websites and systems we use these days, it can be tricky to remember all your log-in info. If you have forgotten your Bluethumb password or are unable to sign in, don't panic; there are clear steps to troubleshoot login issues and regain access effectively.
How to reset my Password?
1. Head to Log In Page
Head to the Log In page, from here just above the "Password" box you should see a button titled "Forgot your password?" click this
2. Provide contact info
On the next page that generates, you will be prompted to enter an email address. Please ensure you enter the email address associated with the account you wish to reset the password on. Then click "Send Me THE LINK?"
3. Check your email
You should receive an email within 3-5 mins of sending entitled "Your Bluethumb Magic Link" open the email and click the box that says "Log in with one Click". Please note this link is time sensitive and will need using in the mentioned time frame.
4. Log in and Update Password
You should automatically be taken to the Bluethumb website, and you should see that you are now logged into the site. You will now need to reset your password. To do this, from the drop down menu click "Update Password"
On the next page update your password with a new password. Ensuring you click Save for it to be confirmed. Next time you log into your account you should be able to use this new log in.
What If You Can't Access the Registered Email Address?
If the email associated with your Bluethumb account is no longer accessible, we recommend reaching out to Bluethumb's support team for assistance. When contacting them:
Provide the email address associated with the account or any alternative email addresses you may have used.
Be ready to verify your identity for security purposes.

After regaining access, it is important to update your account details to ensure ongoing access:
Update your registered email to an active address.
Choose a strong, unique password and avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.
